Both my kids had a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios and both had diarrhea within 4 hours. This is not the first time this has happened to us when eating HNC’s. No one is our household has any issues with dairy so it’s not the milk.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Had 1/2 sleeve ritz crackers after not eating all day. Within a few hours stomach was in pain and gurgling ultimately resulting in diarrhea. These things are garbage.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
