Repeated Cheerios Diarrhea Issue

Both my kids had a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios and both had diarrhea within 4 hours. This is not the first time this has happened to us when eating HNC’s. No one is our household has any issues with dairy so it’s not the milk.
