I ate a 12 ct nugget meal with a diet coke. My stomach started to cramp up an hour after i ate and 5 hours later i threw up a lot of the fries that i had eaten. After that I took medicine and slept for awhile. I still am not completely healed and it has been 48 hours. I am dehydrated and fatigued. Not to mention my stomach still hurts. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Fatigue
