today, around 5 hours ago. chick fil a i ate a chicken sandwich and in around an hour or so after eating it i started suddenly feeling like vomitting and having diarrhea

We both ate on Monday at lunch and but dinner we both were vomiting and pooping, We ate lunch at 12ish and by 6 we both was sick

I ate a 12 ct nugget meal with a diet coke. My stomach started to cramp up an hour after i ate and 5 hours later i threw up a lot of the fries that i had eaten. After that I took medicine and slept for awhile.…

I had a Chick-Fil-a Sandwich and lemonade at 7:00 pm. Had a hair appointment at 7:15pm at Paul Mitchell Salon which is located in the same shopping area. I became ill during my appointment and was violently sick all night long. This happened on Tuesday evening January 26, 2015.
