Spicy Chicken Illness ER - Chick-Fil-A, Marietta Georgia

Food poisoning….this is all I ate all day. March 4th around 8 pm ate a spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce no tomato, waffle fries,& chocolate shake. 3 am got diarrhea, then violent vomiting, chills, cramping. Not better and went to local clinic at 7 pm and they referred me to ER to get fluids since dehydrated from vomiting. Waiting in ER now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Cramps, Dehydration
