Additional information: I ordered a Mac and cheese, small fry, and large sweet tea around 5:40pm yesterday. My usual. Around 10:30pm, I was having severe stomach cramps and pains that I could hardly stand longer than 5 minutes. By 12:00am I was having frequent water-like diarrhea and by 2:00am I was also vomiting with a fever of 101F. It is now 9:41am and the symptoms are just now slowing down and can take small sips of water, but still have a fever. I can’t eat anything without feeling nauseous again. I didn’t have anything else to eat after Chick-Fil-A and that was all that was coming out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
