Deluxe Meal Causes Illness

I had a number 1 deluxe meal with pepper jack cheese. I had fries and a diet lemonade. I also used chick fil a sauce. That was around 12:30 in the afternoon and I started having painful stomach cramping at 7:30 pm. I have been up all night throwing up and having dihareea.
