Around noon on 12/17/16 I ordered a small chicken tortilla soup. I hadnt had anything else to eat all day. By 6pm in the evening I was throwing up profusely. My symptoms continued throughout the evening and into the next morning. I had diarrhea, chills, sweats, and over all body weakness. It was the worst pain of my life. Now a day later I have not been able to eat but am slowly starting to feel better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Sweating
