Had a chicken chow mein ready meal on Friday. Its had 3 days life spam on it. The packets top plastic was slightly bulging but in date and refrigerated correctly. And cooked for longer than suggested as ive always done that.Have been very ill from this and being ill already with diabetes and a ileostomy (stoma) it's nearly put me in the hospital | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
