Chili's
Had Texas cheese fries and the mango chili chicken, all chili ingredients on the side, put the mango, Italian dressing and avacado on it, ate about a third of it , 2 1/2 hours later had diarrhea, 10:30 pm, stomach ache, cramps, 11:30 pm more diarrhea, 1:30 am diarrhea and throwup, diarrhea again at 3 am and 6:30 am more throwing up and diarrhea, 9 am more diarrhea, headache the whole time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
