4307 130 Avenue Southeast, Calgary, T2Z 3V8 Alberta, Canada
April 25th around 3pm. Had sour cream enchiladas and guacamole (2 others did too. No illness) felt nauseous immediately after meal and threw up approx. 30-45 mins later | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
