Lunch Illness: Quesadilla, Salsa - Chili's Grill & Bar, Downingtown Pennsylvania

Went to lunch between 12:00 and 12:30pm in the afternoon on April 20, 2016 with my son and ordered two for $20. He ordered pasta, I ordered bacon ranch quesadilla's and we both had the chips and salsa. Started feeling sick around 4:00pm with severe stomach pains, fever, nausea. Around 6:00pm started vomiting. I vomited 2 more times the same evening. Next day still not feeling right. Still nausea and stomach upset cannot eat anything since that afternoon on April 20th, 2016. I am very unhappy with this ordeal!!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
