Dec 9, 2023 I ate a chicken salad and had a Bloody Mary at Chili's in Greer, SC. Three hours later I experienced severe stomach and intestinal cramping and projectile vomiting. It lasted all night. I had chills and could not stand. I am still ill on day two with a headache and chills. It was the most horrible experience I've had in my 72 years of life. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
