In the mall in Jacksonville, NC western blvd. at the food court at China max, i ate the chicken and broccoli and lomein and some fried rice, within 4 hrs of eating I was severely ill and was up nauseated and vomiting and very very tired. I had to stay home and it's still not passed over yet. Time was roughly 1900-2000 hrs | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Fatigue
