2 weeks ago reported by user-qztcy155 business

Chinook Winds Casino Resort, Northwest 44th Street, Lincoln City, OR, USA

1777 Northwest 44th Street, Lincoln City, 97367 Oregon, United States

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Seafood
Onset: 1 to 2 days
Duration: Several days
Sick: Me
Additional information: Seafood buffet sent me to the Salem hospital for 4 days. Still can't eat solid foods and in extreme pain from such severe vomiting for extensive periods of time. Fever, cramps, dehydration, chills, etc. Possible shellfish poisoning. Crab legs were obviously old and most hot dishes had obviously been sitting out for far too long. The dining area was also disgusting and trays of food on the buffet were spilled into each other, cross contamination everywhere. This was Friday, October 11th, 2024 around 8:30 pm. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration
