Steak Tacos Cause ER Visit - Chipotle, Lancaster California

For lunch I ordered steak tacos with cheese and lettuce, same thing I always order, and not even an hour later I was nauseous, dizzy to where I almost passed out, weak and started to vomit. This was the only thing I ate. I couldn't sleep due to go miting all night. Finally went to the ER the next morning. It has been about 6 hours since I was discharged from the ER and I'm still feeling nauseous and extremely weak. Horrible experience! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Other, Weakness
