Chipotle Lunch Triggers Illness - Chipotle, San Diego California

I grabbed a quick lunch before work around 2pm consisting of a salad with chicken, black beans, pico de gallo, guacamole and corn salsa. I felt fine all day until I got home around 10:15pm.I instantly had a terrible stomach ache, chest pain and was shivering uncontrollably. I recognized these symptoms from experiences prior.
Within 10 minutes I was vomiting uncontrollably and still shivering.
I went back to sleep and made sure to properly hydrate myself with lots of water as I knew this would be reoccurring 3-4 times throughout the night. Every couples hours I had the same stomach pain and cold sweats resulting in vomiting.
Around 6am I wasn't completely nauseas but it started coming out from the other end instead. This happened a couple times.
It's 11am now and I feel extremely dehydrated, have a headache and body aches, and am having cold sweats. I should have known from the recent press about Chipotle to stay away!
The one in Mission Valley, San Diego gave me no problems as such a couple weeks ago when I ordered the same thing listed above.
