I had a chicken burrito bowl with guacamole for lunch yesterday. Didn't eat much for dinner, just a few bites of spaghetti. Woke up lethargic, nauseous, headache. As day went by I was throwing up and had upset stomach. Had to leave work at noon and go home. My husband ate there with me but he did not get guacamole and did not get sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
