My husband had Carnitas Asada bowl and I had Chicken Bowl, both with Guacamole. This happen on Saturday Feb. 6th.About 4-5 hours later I started to get sick. (my husband was fine) I Vomited 2 times in about 20 minutes and then about 90 minutes later for the next 10 hours I continue to violently Vomit and have diarrhea, along with chills, and my stomach hurting to death. Seriously I thought I was dying and asked my husband if we should go to the hospital. He said no only because he had experience food poison before.
Today is Monday and my stomach still hurts and I'm scared to eat anything.
Very very upset that Chipotle would continue to service bad food.
I have complained to the BBB and I think my next step will be Health Organization. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
