On Thursday I got a veggie bean and rice bowl from chipotle. I remember I ate like two beans that were almost as hard as a rock. This morning (Saturday) I had terrible diarrhea. At work I could barely focus and I kept having to use the restroom to throw up and/or poop. Other symptoms I have are nausea and the chills | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
