Got a very simple bowl. Chicken, white rice, and black beans. I didn't eat anything else for 6 hours. Then I starting having severe stomach pains, headache, and a fever. Then I had a onslaught of need to use the bathroom. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain
