Chicken Bowl Illness Alert - Chipotle,

I went to Chipotle today and had the burrito bowl with chicken, pico de gallo, cheese, peppers, corn, and lettuce. I experienced severe diarrhea and stomach pains, with mild nausea, about an hour after eating.
