Ate at Chipotle with husband around noon on Sunday 11/23/2015. Around 6pm started feeling achy with chills, head hurting and spinning and stomach upset. tried to get in bed to get over it. Woke up room spinning, chills with vomiting everywhere. I ate the sofrito with rice, black beans and mild and hot salsa with their chips. After vomiting still feel weak and dizzy. My girls ate the doggie bag I brought home from there. They ate around 3pm or so I will keep my eyes on them and report later | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Headache, Weakness, Chills
