I got a chicken bowl with added lettuce, and guacamole between 6-7pm, finished my dinner at home and about an hour later I started feeling very sick to my stomach, I went to the restroom and threw up for 4 hours straight and everything was green. I had a fever of 101.6 and i endured it the whole night, my fever finally broke at around 7am the following day. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
