I purchased food for dinner at 6:45 pm. I got a bowl with white rice, pinto beans, double chicken, fajitas, and everything else on it along with chips. I started feeling ill at around 10 pm or 11 pm. It's 6:16 am and still feel horrible. I have a severe stomach ache along with diarrhea and chills. My body is hot and I feel weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Weakness, Chills, Stomach Pain
