1pm 9/13/18 Ate Sofritas, pinto beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, cheese, corn. 12am to 1am 9/14/18 awoke from sleep with painful abdominal cramps, diarrhea (large bowel stool), projectile vomiting, weakness, chills sweats, more diarrhea (small bowel stool), dehydration. After 1 hour, symptoms stopped. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Other, Weakness, Chills, Sweating, Cramps
