I went and picked up chipotle last night and ordered a burrito bowl with carnitas. I also had a side of guacamole. I ate this around 7pm, I was in bed and around 11pm I started feeling ill. I had stomach pain followed by serve diarrhea. This continued through the night and throughout this morning. I am still having really sharp stomach pains and I have been nausea with loss of appiete all day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
