Additional information: This is a report from 6/12/24. I consumed a Chipotle Al Pastor chicken burrito bowl with all of the topings including guacamole and about 5 hours later I developed severe stomach cramping and nausea that escalated into nonstop vomiting and diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, fever maxing at 103.6, inability to keep down food, water or medication, dizziness, chills, and muscle cramps. This continued throughout the night until eventually I went to the ER and was hospitalized for 3 days due to my symptoms and sepsis criteria. All bacterial and viral cultures were inconclusive of the source of the infection so I can not be sure that this happened from this meal but I wanted to make sure that other people did not expereince similar symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Dizziness
