Ate a steak burrito with lettuce and cheese on 9/11/2020. Later that day had flu symptoms and chills. For the next two days had diarrhea and nausea as well as other flu symptoms. Took a COVID test and came back negative. Pretty sure it was the burrito as it was the only thing I ate that day after getting the symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Chills
