Ordered burrito bowl of chicken from the restaurant on 4/28/22 around 3-4pm. About 4-5 hrs later I started feeling nauseous. I had diarrhea and was vomiting from 10pm-3am. Running a fever of 102. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
