my boyfriend ate chipotle at night. he got a steak burrito bowl. went to sleep probably an hour after. he woke up and had chills all over his body....then hot flashes. kept switching up. then he developed a bad headache.... he got dizzy and went to the bathroom. he started to vomit violently. he tried to lay down on the bed and got up 30 min later and started vommiting even worse. now it won't stop. I never had to write one of these but never eating chipotle again after I seen what happened to him. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Itching
