Steak Burrito: Severe Symptoms - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Loveland Colorado

After eating a steak burrito with pinto beans, brown rice, shredded cheese, guacamole...my son woke up in the morning hours with vomiting, nausea, dizziness and headaches. His condition continued throughout the next day, mostly vomiting and cramping throughout the day. Meal eaten on May 18th (dinner hours of 7pm). Conditions lasted for 48 hours, the final 12 hours being headaches, dehydration and fatigue from lack of sleep. Although I cannot prove it was burrito, it was only meal following late breakfast that day and is sure appeared to be his meal from there that could not be 'held down'. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue, Cramps
