It started with stomach cramping about a half an hour after I ate a salad bowl with steak. This was around 7:00 p.m. yesterday. I went to bed around 11 p.m., and by 1 a.m. I was on the toilet with forceful, watery diarrhea. This continued 10 or 11 times throughout the night until 6 a.m.ish this morning. My kidneys are very sore, and I have a bad headache | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Soreness, Cramps
