Got a bowl with chicken, beans, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, at around 2pm on 1/11/23. The next day at 4am, was sick, diarrhea, body aches, head ache and chills.

Had a bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, fresh tomato salsa, corn, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. Only thing different was the guacamole I usually get the sour cream. About 30 minutes later I got abdominal cramps with diarrhea and vomiting. Not sure if from the guacamole…

Me (30 year old male) and my grandfather (94 year old) both got vicious food poisoning from this Chipotle. This was the third time this location had this effect on me personally, and the first time it almost killed a family member, food poisoning in the elderly can be fatal.
