Monday 12/27 my family and I ate at this restaurant. My husband my son and I all had dishes with lettuce in them. My youngest child did not have lettuce. By the following night everyone but my youngest was violently ill. We had headaches, fevers, chills, vomiting, and diarrhea as well as bodyaches. This lasted about three days for us. We tested for Covid and it wasn’t that. I suspect it was the lettuce. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills, Body Ache
