I ate there a few weeks back and had a bowl with carnitas in it. After about an hour, I had a rapid heart read, severe weakness, confusion and difficulty speaking. My heart rate was elevated for around 6 hours. I woke up and my skin was extremely sensitive to the touch and it was unbearable laying in bed or even having clothes on. I got in the shower to warm up from my chills and then threw up black stomach fluids. Around 2 hours later, I felt fine with some fatigue. | Symptoms: Other, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Fatigue, Confusion
