Over about a week, every time I ate a Ham & Cheese Hoty Pocket, I would get stomach cramps, diarrhea, and nausea several hours later. This would often continue into the next day. The Hot Pockets were microwaved exactly per the instructions.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
