I went to this location between 545-6pm on July 7, 2018. I honestly knew at the moment it was a bad idea to add the toppings to my meal. The sour cream and medium salsa was at the bottom of the container, I don't know why they didn't put out fresh condiments. The medium salsa was dry and chunky. I don't know if it was the sour cream and salsa that got me sick or if it was the chicken. I started feeling nauseated around 10pm but thought maybe it was from my birth control pill. Throughout the night and I had diarrhea and was waking up every 45 minutes. It is now July 8th @ 3pm and I am finally able to put food into my body but I'm not sure how my body will react to it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
