Sunday, July 16, 2017. I ordered a salad with dressing, white rice, black beans, grilled veggies, pick de gallo, without meat. About 12 hours later, I had a fever, was vomiting and had diarrhea. My body was aching and it was very difficult to stand more than a few minutes at a time. It was difficult to sleep because my body was in pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
