I ordered on 5/9 for pickup at 11AM. I got the salad with brown rice, no beans, chicken, and cheese (I ordered the vinaigrette dressing but didn't receive it). I took a nap after eating because I started to feel a little off, but when I woke up a couple hours later I started feeling really sick and hot with chills. I'm not one who normally throws up but an hour or so later I did start throwing up and would stop but could feel that it wasn't over because my stomach was still turning. The last time I threw up was the chicken from my meal and I instantly felt relief in my stomach once it all came out but I'm still extremely achy and in pain and I haven't eaten anything in fear of throwing up again.. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
