Undercooked Rice, Dry Chicken - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Des Peres Missouri

I ordered a Chicken Bowl last night from the Des Peres Chipotle location and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken was burnt, incredibly dry, and tasted as if it had been sitting out for a long time, possibly due to old chicken being mixed with fresh batches or the bottom pieces being reheated. Additionally, the brown rice was undercooked and extremely hard.

I initially chose not to call or complain and simply decided I wouldn’t return. However, after eating the meal, I started feeling unwell. By early this morning, I woke up violently ill, repeatedly throwing up with severe stomach pain. Given the poor food quality and my subsequent illness, I wanted to make sure others were aware. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
