I ordered food from the Chipotle Mexican grill on melrose on may 27th around 3pm. I tried something new on the menu which was there chorizo burrito. I dined in and left an hour later or so my stomach started hurting to were I couldn't even walk. Shortly after I pain intensified further the side of my stomach as well as my pelvic area had a lot of pressure. Symptoms including extreme diarrhea and vomiting. I also sweating running hot and cold. Not sure what's going on with the chorizo meat if that was the cause I usually get the chicken and have been eating here for years. This chorizo was the first time trying and had the worst experience. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
