I had a carnitas bowl last night around 9:00. I woke up at 2:30 with cramps. I began to vomit about 1/3 a grocery bag full and had severe diarrhea. Today I have a headache and am weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Weakness
