I had a carnitas bowl last night around 9:00. I woke up at 2:30 with cramps. I began to vomit about 1/3 a grocery bag full and had severe diarrhea. Today I have a headache and am weak.

I ate yesterday at 3 PM, at a chipotle (about an hour and a half out from SF).

My husband and I both got food poisoning after eating there on Friday evening. We both ate burritos with chicken, corn salsa, mild salsa, and lettuce. We have had diarrhea for 4 days straight, fever and vomiting for 2 days.

ER Visit After Chicken Salad

Had a limited ingredient chicken salad for lunch with pinto beans, chicken, lettuce, and salad dressing. Five hours later I was throwing up at work and went to ER at the hospital where I work. Sent home for 2 days.
