It was the only thing I ate the day I got sick. I had a Carnitas burrito with veggies, salsa, guac, and lettuce. Later that day felt nauseous, tired, and got the runs. That night I had a headache, chills, a fever, was achey all over and had super sensitive skin. I still have an upset stomach 3 days later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Chills
