Are a chicken burrito bowl about 12:15pm on Monday 4/4/16. Didn't eat anything else all day except soup with my family that night. No one got sick but me, and I ate lunch alone. Terrible stomach pain started about 9pm that night. Pain diarrhea, and vomiting continued throughout the night. I've never had stomach pain like that before and almost blacked out on a couple of occasions. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
