Chipotle Order Sickens Three - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Dunkirk Maryland

Hello! On 6/11 at approximately 1:45pm, I placed an order on Door Dash for Chipotle. This order consisted of 2 Salads and 1 bowl. The common factors in all 3 orders were chicken, rice, black beans & fajita veggies. At 7pm 6/11 I began having a headache & by 5am 6/12, I began experiencing terrible stomach cramps, uncomfortabilty and by 6am, I was began violently vomiting and diarrhea. This continued for 13 hours. By 7pm the vomiting & diarrhea had stopped but the stomach aches, dizziness & headache continued. Currently I have no appetite and feel tired. I reached out to the other 2 parties who ate the same food. One had a stomach ache throughout the day on 6/12. By 8:30pm, she began the same symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea. She is currently still experiencing diarrhea at 3pm 6/13. The 3rd party did not experience any symptoms until 11:30pm 6/12. She has stomach aches/cramping accompanied with diarrhea and vomiting. Her symptoms are current as of 3:30pm 6/13 along with a 100.2 temp. I reached out to doordash and recommended they contact Chipotle and stop all services from there until this is resolved. Their response is they will not do anything about this since we do not have a medical note. I find this completely distrusting. This needs to be reported to Chipotle and regulatory immediately | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dizziness, Loss of Appetite

I got terrible food poisoning from chipotle last year. I will never, ever eat there again. It’s not worth the gamble.
