I ordered a chicken bowl on 1/19/26. About 5 hours later I started to get sharp pains. I went to bed and a couple hours later I started vomiting. I've vomited at least 3 more times after that, and have been bed ridden all day because the symptoms are so severe.

Please look into a couple of young teenage employees that were working there that day. She told him to give me "extra rice" although I never asked for it. It didn't seem weird at the time but now I'm worried it was some sort of code word to tamper with my food, and put something bad in it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
