Ordered burrito from chipotle for delivery around 1:15. Chicken, blac beans, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, tomato. I couldn’t even finish burrito I started feeling ill. Shortly after I had diarrhea. And I feel light headed and have not stopped going to the bathroom since about 2:15. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
