first time getting a stomach flu, ive never had an issue till today i had a chicken burrito bowl as always but the only difference is i had Chips And Guacamole which i dont normally right after eating 30 minutes after i felt stomach cramps then diarrhea and after headache now in bed with the shivers | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache
